Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir in Diana Sauce with Worcestershire Sauce, honey, hot sauce, and garlic until combined. Measure out and reserve half the mixture. Toss remaining mixture with the chicken and pork; marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Thread 4 pieces of chicken or pork onto each skewer. Grill, turning and basting often with reserved sauce mixture, for 8-10 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Garnish with green onions.
  2. TIP: To prevent scorching, pre-soak skewers for 30 minutes in cold water before threading with kebab ingredients.
  3. For the best results, cut the chicken and pork into equal-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
  4. HEALTH-IT-UP TWIST: Add fresh veggies such as cubed peppers, whole mushrooms, sliced zucchini and chery tomatoes; serve over whole grain rice for a nutritious meal.
