Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F
  2. Lightly grease a cookie sheet with sides, or a large cake pan with cooking spray
  3. In a large bowl, toss together the oats, almonds, wheat germ, coconut, and sunflower seeds.
  4. In a medium sauce pan mix together honey, brown sugar, oil, water, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Bring mixture to a boil.
  6. Boil stiring occasionaly for 2 min.
  7. Add vanilla to mixture.
  8. Pour the liquid over the oat and nut mixture, and stir until evenly coated.
  9. Spread out on the prepared cookie sheet.
  10. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring every 15-20 min until evenly toasted.
  11. Mix in dried fruits
  12. Cool! Enjoy!
