Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 pint of milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 7/ 220 degrees.
  2. Mix the egg and flour together.
  3. Blend in the milk a little at a time blending into a smooth paste.
  4. Pour the mixture into moulds and bake until the mixture has risen and the puddings are golden and crisp
