Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Put in blender in the order written - and blend about 2 minutes -
  2. Prepare muffin pans:
  3. Pour a little more oil in each muffin cup, then fill 1/2 full with pudding mix
  4. Bake in hot oven - 450-500*F for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with gravy and serve.
  6. The Chef who gave this recipe was Executive Chef at Toronto's Royal York Hotel.
