Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Put margarine in glass pie plate and place in oven while it pre-heats.
  3. With an electric mixer beat together eggs and milk.
  4. Slowly add flour and salt to egg/milk mixture.
  5. Beat until smooth.
  6. Remove pie plate from oven and swirl melted margarine around bottom and sides of pie plate.
  7. Pour pudding mixture into pie plate and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Cut and serve immediately.
  9. Pudding will fall when you cut it.
  10. Serve with pork/beef roast.
  11. Goes great with gravy!
