Directions:

  2. Chop all veggies
  3. Sautee veggies, garlic, and ham in oil.
  4. Beat one whole egg with 3 egg whites.
  5. Cover omelette.
  6. Before serving, melt cheese on top.
  7. Garnish with parsly or cilantro.
