Yogurt Dressed Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed

Directions:

  1. Cook cauliflower in hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the rest of the ingredients over low heat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Drain cauliflower and toss with dressing.
