Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of greek style yogurht
  • 1 tsp of cummin seeds
  • 1 tsp of parsely seeds ( opt)
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Dry roast all the seeds ... to quick just take all the seeds put in a bowl n put in micro wave for 30 sec remove stir n then put it again for 30 secs
  2. Till the aroma starts coming out....crush all the seeds n make it fine powder
  3. Add this powder with salt in the yogurht n mix it well ...
  4. Add yogurht in the serving bowl .. drizzle olive oil n decorate with mint leaves
  5. Can be eaten with some chips / paratha ( indian stuffed bread)
  6. Frankly speaking it goes with anything u like
  7. U can just dry roast cummin seeds n black pepper n sprinkle on the yogurht ... Without olive oil ... another variation of the dip ....
  8. Enjoy !!!!
  9. Tip : Yogurht isgood for skin especially one suffering for acne .... just apply yogurht on the skin n leave for 20 min .. wash ur face with luke water ... apply 2wice a week .. it works wonder
