Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked mashed yams
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2-1/2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:

  1. Combine yams, sugar, butter, eggs, milk and vanilla and beat well then pour into lightly buttered casserole dish.
  2. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over yam mixture then bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
