  • 100 g swede
  • 100 g carrot
  • 100 g potatoe
  • 70 g parsnip
  • 50 g onion

Directions:

  1. Whack it all in a pan and bring to the boil, maybe adding some water or stock
  2. Simmer till it goes a bit mushy!
