Ingredients:

  • 1 head of lettuce torn--we use mixed greens
  • may add tomatoes, mushrooms, radishes, etc.
  • 1/4 cup. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. bacon fat
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

  1. Prepare the salad and then pour the dressing over salad just before serving.
  2. Warm the dressing in the microwave prior to adding to the lettuce greens.
