Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prep time does not include cooking of the wild rice.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  3. In a small saucepan, scald half & half; set aside.
  4. Beat eggs and sugar ntil frothy.
  5. Stir in cinnamon, salt, vanilla, wild rice, raisins and alonds.
  6. Gradually stir in half & half.
  7. Divide mixture evenly between six 6-ounce custard cups.
  8. Place in large mtal baking pan; fill with hot water to within 1-inch of top of custard ups.
  9. Bake 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out
  10. Clean.
  11. Remove custard cups from pan.
  12. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
