Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Rinse wild rice well.
  3. Combine wild rice, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a 3 quart casserole dish.
  4. Pour broth over it all, cover, and bake for about 1 1/2 hours.
