Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shallots
  • 1/4 cup carrot
  • 1/4 cup bok choy
  • 1/4 cup leeks
  • 3 package sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bunch(es) parsley
  • 1 bunch(es) tarragon

Directions:

  1. Chop veggies fine.. add mushrooms.. stir into chicken broth simmer
