Wild Chicken Mushroom Surprise

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Boil chicken breast, then cube.
  3. Prepare wild rice.
  4. Wash, dry and chop mushrooms.
  5. Mix 1/2 cup mayo and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
  6. Fold in rice, chicken and mushrooms.
  7. Salt/pepper to taste, mix well.
  8. Spoon into 9x13 glass baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
