Wicklewood’s Mock Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 5 overripe bananas
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml flavoured runny honey

Directions:

  1. Peel the bananas and place them in the freezer for several hours or until completely frozen.
  2. Place the bananas and milk in a food processor, blend on full power for 3 mins, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides.
  3. Add the honey and continue blending until completely smooth.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit or nut sprinkles.
