Whose Yo' Daddy Apple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (i prefer pecan but have used walnuts)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix and pour into 9 X 13 pan, bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
  2. Mix together topping and spread on cake.
  3. Broil til brown.
  4. (2-5 minutes).
