Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs well
  2. Add all ingredients except oil and mix until moistened
  3. Add oil and mix again
  4. Drop by 1/3 c onto hot griddle. Flip when edges beging to look dry.
  5. Servings: 1 pancake
  6. (optional: add chopped apple or bluberries to batter with oil)
