Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups white bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup luke warm water

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in the order your bread maker calls for on dough cycle.
  2. Check on dough half way through needing adding a bit more flour or water as needed so dough is fairly tacky.
  3. Turn out onto greased cutting board and work with greased hands.
  4. Shape into 15 rolls and place in greased 9x13 pan making 5 rows of 3.
  5. Let rise 30-45 minutes or until doubled in size.
  6. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Note: Can be made with all white bread flour with great results.
