Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice and the baking soda.
  3. In a medium bowl cream the butter and sugar.
  4. Beat in pumpkin pie puree until combined.
  5. Then beat in the eggs and vanilla.
  6. When the mixture is combined slowly beat in the flour mixture.
  7. Then stir in the white chocolate and the pecans.
  8. Drop dough by rounded tablespoon 2 inches apart on a ungreased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake at 300°F for 20 to 22 minutes until just set.
