White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter and sugars. Beat until creamy.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Add eggs one at a time. Continue beating until well combined.
  5. Mix in flour.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
  7. Drop dough by the tablespoon onto a lightly greased cookie sheet 2 apart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges.
  9. Cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  10. Cookies should be crisp around the edges and soft in the middle.
  11. Enjoy warm or cool with a big glass of milk.
  12. Note:
  13. If you don't have/use self rising flour simply sift 2 cups all-purpose flour together with 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
