White Chocolate-Dipped PB Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread layer of peanut butter on cracker and sandwich with another. Repeat with tray full before tempering the white chocolate.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips over double boiler. Add vegetable shortening to thin. One at a time dip PB sandwich into melted chocolate, continuing to stir chocolate to maintain consistency between each dip. Scoop up sandwich with fork, shaking lightly to remove excess chocolate. Place on wax-paper covered tray to cool and set. Once tray is full, put in freezer for 5 minutes to help speed cooling.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle on white chocolate dipped sandwiches for decoration.
