Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine water, lemon pepper and cumin seed in a large saucepan or stock pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add chicken breast reduce heat and simmer until chicken is tender.
  3. Cook clove of garlic in a pan sprayed with pam cooking spray for about a minute.
  4. Add cumin, garlic, onions, corn, chiles, lime juice and beans.
  5. Simmer 15- 30 minutes.
  6. To serve, put tortilla chips in bottom of a bowl, cover with cheese and pour the chili on top.
