Directions:

  1. Melt butter in heavy pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion; cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in flour to make roux.
  4. Add chicken broth, stirring constantly.
  5. Add great northern beans, cooked chicken, chopped garlic, and chiles; cook until hot.
  6. Serve with sour cream and shredded monterey jack cheese. Can add more chiles on top.
