White Bread Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 tsp. of active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (for dinner rolls only) (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. of shortening (for dinner rolls only) (optional)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup. of water , plus
  • 1 tbsp. of water (70-80 f)
  • 4 1/2 tsp. of vegetable oil
  • 3 1/4 cup. of bread flour
  • 1/4 cup. of sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. of salt

Directions:

  1. First add all the ingridients into the bread machine(check your bread machine instructions as to how they say to add ingredients.
  2. Next you want to select your bread setting.
  3. Check you dough just before mixing.
  4. Bake.
  5. Grease your baking sheet.
  6. Break up dough into roll size balls.
  7. Cover rolls and let them rize.
  8. Prehead oven to 350 degrees.
  9. Once rolls have doubled in size, bake approx. 12-15 min.
  10. Brush with butter.
  11. Serve.
