Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the apples, onions, apricots, raisins, sugar, vinegar and black pepper in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil and then simmer gently for 30 minutes until the mixture has reduced, thickened slightly and turned a golden colour.
  3. Cool slightly and transfer into 2 sterilized jars. Seal and store in a cool cupboard.
