  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Carefully pour into a container large enough to hold everything.
  3. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
  4. Add tea bags and let stand until cool.
  5. Add orange juice and lemonade to tea mixture.
  6. Stir to dissolve and add whiskey.
  7. Pour into a container that can freeze.
  8. Let freeze overnight.
  9. To serve: place a few scoops into a glass and fill with 7-up or ginger ale.
