Whipped Honey Butter with Varieties

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Whip butter with mixer until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add in honey and buttermilk, mix until blended.
  3. Chill until ready to use.
  4. Vanilla Cinnamon Honey Butter: add 1/4 t. vanilla and 1/4 t. cinnamon.
  5. Orange Honey Butter: add 1 - 2 t. grated orange zest.
  6. Lemon Honey Butter: add 1 - 2 t. grated lemon zest.
