Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes.
  2. Melt butter in a 2 quart baking dish.
  3. Beat sour cream, cream cheese, and chives in a large mixing bowl on low speed.
  4. Drain potatoes.
  5. Add potatoes to the mixture and beat at a gradually increasing speed until there are no lumps.
  6. Empty the mixture into the baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until slightly golden on top.
