Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Remove outer husk from corn; pull back remaining husks and remove silks.
  2. Melt butter in small saucepan.
  3. Stir in seasonings.
  4. Brush over corn.
  5. Tie husks around corn.
  6. Place in baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle all sides with water.
  8. Bake loosely covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 30 mintues or until tender.
