Directions:

  1. In dutch oven heat oil, cook onions and peppers.
  2. Add hamburger, cook and stir for 3 minutes.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT macaroni.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add macaroni.
  7. Mix well.
