Directions:

  1. Cook ground beef and onion in skillet over medium heat til meat is browned, stirring til meat crumbles. Drain. Return to skillet and stir in tomato soup and enchilada sauce. Spread about 1/4 cup meat mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Roll up and place seam side down in 13x9" baking dish. Pour remaining meat mixture over tortillas. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 min or til cheese melts.
