Ingredients:

  • 2 medium strawberries
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp benefiber

Directions:

  1. I recommend freezing the fruit before making. Place all ingredients in blender and turn on until everything is completely blended together.
