For when you want a fairly low-cal, refreshing treat. I add 2 tsp. of Benefiber to it to sneak a little more fiber into my diet.
Ingredients:
1 cup watermelon balls
2 medium strawberries
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp benefiber
Directions:
1. I recommend freezing the fruit before making. Place all ingredients in blender and turn on until everything is completely blended together.
