Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a blender, puree watermelon, agave syrup, lime zest and juice and ginger until smooth and liquidy.
  2. Transfer to a pitcher, cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 3 hours. Serve cold, garnished with mint.
