Ingredients:

  • 125 g watercress
  • 143 g onion
  • 261 g potatoes
  • 1 1/2 pints water
  • 1/4 pint skim milk

Directions:

  1. Dice Onion
  2. Dice potato
  3. Add to water and stock cube
  4. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes
  5. Liquidise
  6. Add milk
  7. Season to serve
