Watercress and Mandarin Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak and wash the watercress and dry.
  2. Open the can of sliced mandarin oranges. Preserve half the syrup in the can.
  3. Add the balsamic vinegar to the remaining mandarin syrup.
  4. Toss watercress, mandarins and pour the vinaigrette over.
  5. Add your olive oil and mix everything together.
  6. Arrange into nice shallow salad plates and add the almond only when serving as they will get soggy.
  7. Now sit back and watch your guests enjoy!
