Water Chestnuts Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 (8 oz) bottle soy sauce
  • 2 (8 oz) cans water chestnuts

Directions:

  1. Cut each slice of bacon into three pieces.
  2. Soak drained water chestnuts in soy sauce for at least an hour.
  3. Roll water chestnut in brown sugar.
  4. Wrap in bacon,secure with toothpick.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Hint: line pan with foil when baking.
