Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cups baking cocoa
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Mix in wet ingredients with electric mixer
  3. Pour into greased 13x9 pan
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min
