Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sesame or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp tarragon wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a jar. Cover, and shake vigorously. Chill. Shake well before serving.
