Ingredients:

  1. Heat oi in a skillet and add veggies. saute until they start to get tender.
  2. Add pasta sauce.
  3. Reduce heat and cover, simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook pasta according to package, serve with sauce!
  5. **Sometimes I like to brown THIN pork chops (or chicken) first and then throw that in too. It will finish cooking in the sauce and pull apart very easily**.
