Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage in a heavy skillet over medium heat, stirring to break up meat, until no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mix cooked sausage, 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese in medium bowl.
  4. Place about 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in a 9 inch sqaure baking pan.
  5. Top with 3 noodles, then 1/3 of the sausage mixture.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with the spaghetti sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and return to oven.
  8. Bake, uncovered for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
