Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp mace
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Directions:

  1. Oven 350 degrees.
  2. To make crust: blend all together until crumbly and press into an 8 inch square pan.
  3. Bake approximately 15 minutes or until slightly colored.
  4. To make topping: whisk all ingredients together and pour over hot crust.
  5. Bake about 20 minutes.
