Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook 1 cup brown rice
  2. Cut venison, peppers, and onion into thin strips.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add beef to hot pan, brown slightly.
  4. Add peppers, onion, and garlic, and the sauces.
  5. Reduce heat and cook over medium heat until peppers begin to get soft.
  6. Add liquid from mushrooms, bouilion cubes, and vegetable broth.
  7. Reduce heat to simmer and let cooks about 20 minutes.
  8. Mix flour with 1/4 cup water in shaker and add to mixture.
  9. Bring to a boil to thicken. Remove from heat. Serve over brown rice.
