Ingredients:

  • 1-16 oz can tomatoes
  • 1-12 oz. can corn
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs/may use bouhten ones

Directions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, corn green pepper, and onion in a casserole dish mix well.
  2. Combine margirine bread crumbs and parmeasan cheese in a medium bowl mix well.pour over veggies
  3. Sprinkle crum mixture on top of casserole
  4. Bake in pre-heated oven 400 degree oven 20 minutes
