Vegetarian Quinoa Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 piece kombu
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Rinse quinoa and set aside.
  2. Pour water into rice cooker.
  3. Add quinoa.
  4. Chop onion, slice carrot, cut asparagrass stalks into 1 inch pieces.
  5. Add all vegetables.
  6. Break kombu into 1/2 inchi pieces add to water.
  7. Add all remaining ingrediants. Hit the on button on rice cooker and cook until done.
