Vegetable Noodle Homemade Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup ( s &w) kidney bean
  • 2 medium onion
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 1/2 cup ( green giant ) corn

Directions:

  1. Chop onion, garlic, bell pepper, carrots and celery add to pot with chicken broth and cook on medium boil for 10 minutes then reduce heat to just under boiling and cook for another 30 minutes.
  2. Add kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, spaghetti broken to small pieces and corn.
  3. Cook at same temperature for additional 20 minutes.
