  1. In a large saucepan, bring broth and vegetables to boil
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender
  3. Mash vegetables with potato masher until desired consistency
  4. Stir in velveeta and cook for 5 minutesor until cheese is melted and heated through, all the while stirring.
