Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. If using roast - cut into cubes (cut off excess fat)
  2. Brown roast or stew beef with seasonings
  3. Drain if needed
  4. Add veggies
  5. Add can of tomato sauce or brown gravy
  6. Add water to just above the meat and veggies
  7. Cook at med high until boil
  8. Turn down to simmer
  9. If turning into stew add cornstarch (mixing in well) 30 minutes prior to serving.
