Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown stew meat in a skillet with 1 Tbs. oil adding garlic salt and pepper. You can dredge in flour if you want (doesn't matter)
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except for peas and cook on Low in a crock pot for 8 hours.
  3. One hour before it's done - add peas to heat through.
  4. I use about 1 Tbs. each of garlic salt, pepper and season salt.
